I don't think that's true at all. During the Bush years there were quite a number of people from the intelligence community that said the same thing. There comments were the usual basis for responses to "show me proof" to refute the idea that EI is useful

I had the same problem earlier this week. I'm running 4.3.2 and downloaded Clear Folder Themes from Cydia and it worked great. Hope this helps.

People who pirate movies wouldn't have bought the movie in the first place. Adding usage restrictions only hurts the customers who bought the movie. If the studios are worried people will transfer movies to their friend's iPods, then they probably have their heads in the sand regarding the swapping of DVDs.
Still, the concept of limiting consumers' rights is the issue at hand.
Perhaps not, but they may have rented them. I recently pirated a movie because I couldn't find it at the local rental place. I can't wait for online movie sales. I'm willing to pay as soon as the studios get their acts together and make it available to me, but you're right if the terms are too restrictive I won't bother buying online, either.

dont bother with Tempest, I d/l'd for ipad 2 and the graphics are horrible. very dissapointing.

Overly aggressive? I'm currently forwarding all my .Mac mail through Gmail because I got sick of so much junk mail -- 20 messages per day, usually more -- getting through from .Mac to my inbox. I actually thought they didn't have any spam filters at all.

Does this drag and drop include attachements? That has always been my biggest pain with webmail (any webmail service, gmail, hotmail, ...) was that it is really annoying to send attachements (one by one adding and uploading instead of adding them all and upload them all at once)

I wonder how many of these posts are trolls? I haven't had any issues whatsoever with 4.3.1. I also didn't have any problems with 4.3; battery life has been absolutely stellar and call performance actually improved in 4.3.1.

They were pretty much destroyed as it is. Just like dirty trash bins attract flies and rats, those countries attract terrorists. Your solution to just leave the middle east alone is counterproductive, ignoring bullies never worked. Your country tried that with hitler, how did that work out for you?

For feature films and television these days, Final Cut is ABSOLUTELY the industry standard. Oh and in the 8 years I've lived in Hollywood, I never met one person in the industry who uses a Windows PC (maybe a writer or two).
